I will never understand this...at least I don't think I will. I've gotten plenty of hate and I rarely write, never advertise and gaurd my words most carefully. Go figure. Seriously, boundaries are important and your comment policy reflects the assumption that your readers agree on the basic feminist thought. Lots of words can be wasted debating/discussing the basics. But I hope sometimes you post 101-level thoughts so some of us can catch up.
